Website owner: stop Pingwick monitoring
If Pingwick is sending synthetic monitoring messages to a website you control and you want them stopped, email the support address above with the website origin and enough information for Pingwick to validate that you control or represent the site.
After a valid request, Pingwick can add the website origin to its suppression registry. Matching monitors are disabled and future Pingwick submissions to that origin are blocked independently of the subscriber's billing state.
Pingwick does not bypass CAPTCHA or anti-bot controls.
The public checker remains read-only, and recurring form submissions require an explicitly configured customer monitor.
